What's the best compliment you have gotten?
The other day I was filling up and some red neck'ish kid in his early 20's, maybe 19, jokingly said he was going to knock me out and steal my car and added, your car is sick.
He must have weighed a whopping buck 40 dripping wet LOL.

Hey all! First post here.
The best compliment I have recieved was in a parkng lot talking to a couple friends this guy walking by says:
Him: "is that your car?"
Me: yes
Him: "JESUS!"
I have to say I have gotten the porsche comment at least 5 times because my car was totally debadged for a bit. I take it as a compliment, but I still let them know its a Z

i'm still getting those at least once a week. My Z is four years old.

i dont even own a Z yet but i will shortly after this happened to me. i was by myself during a test drive ('07 redline). im at a stop light and a guy in his early 50s driving a bmw 5 series pulls up next to me and says "jesus, how can a young kid like you afford a car like that? what does it go for, $70K?!?!" i smiled and said, "not quite"...he gave me a smile back and said "yea sure, dont be modest, congrats and have fun while you are still young"...

Back again with another school story. I counsel kids at an elementary school. Found a space right in front, near the main office, next to the principal's car. The kids were going out for recess and I wanted to talk to a second grade teacher. She had her kids out on the sidewalk heading toward the playground. They were standing in front of my Z. Behind the Z was the school custodian. As I walked toward the class I heard him say "Its a 350Z." As I got close to the class I said "Yes, its a Z." The teacher says "Is it yours?" I say "Yes" and there is an instant roar from the 7 and 8 year olds followed by a hug from the middle aged, matronly, but likeable teacher. I don't know if the roar and hug were a sign of appreciation or approval but the car brings out one hell of a response in people of all ages.

This old couple from Florida said my car look like the cars from the Jetsons. And to make it bad I stood back and looked at my baby and agreed with them. This was a month ago and ever since then I keep thinking about it.

the other day i was having a head unit put in and in about a ten minute window, three people walked into the shop, every one of them complimented the car, and then the guy installing the head unit complimented it. i was averaging like one compliment every 2 minutes haha
within a few months of purchasing my car i was going out to lunch one day at work and saw this girl taking pictures of my car, her aunt told it me it was her dream car and she was visiting from poland. About two weeks after that I had come back from lunch and was sitting in my car reading a magazine and i see her walk by again. This time i waved at her and when i got out her aunt asks me if i could take a picture with her by the car. i said sure. She spoke absolutely no english, but i asked her aunt if i could give her a ride. The girl said ok. we got onto the highway and i painstaikingly tried to ask her if she wanted me to gun it, she didnt understand so finally i say... "Vroom?" and made a motion with my hand and she Said YES! i gunned it... i will never forget the look of ecstacy on her face lol. She told me AGAIN at least 3 or 4 more times. We emailed back and forth for a lil bit, but she went back to poland sooner than expected =(

Ok so I'm driving back home from the dyno day at Performance Factory today when a minivan with 4 chicks, the two in front were ~early 30's and the two in the back were 19 and 23. How do I know? Well we're in traffic and I notice them looking at me and saying something, so I turned down the music and the one in the passenger seat says "Hey papi!" I laughed and said thank you and we separated. They caught back up and she asks me if I'm single I say yeah, and then she asks my age I say 27, then she asks for my phone number after saying that they think I'm cute LOL!!!! She says it's not for her, it's for the younger chicks in the back, I was like oh ok haha, so I gave it to her and get a call no more than 30 seconds later lol
