And about my Z I had 2 little hotties here in town walking by when I was pulling in for gas both comment, "Can we go for rides? We love your car!" Man if I weren't married and a wee bit younger!

When I first got my car, I went to the nearby 7-11 and some guy was looking at me pull up. When I got out, he gave me this smirk and said, "How much was that car, like $60,000 ?" I said, "No, it's a nissan 350z...cost me about half that." That put a smile on my face for the rest of the day

 

Very first day I got the car, every mechanic and salesperson in the place watched me drive off, including several "thats a beauty, enjoy". I was thinking to myself "these people WORK here, they have them every day!" lol.

Then later that day, I was driving on the highway, cruising about 75-80, and all of a sudden I see this F-150 come FLYING up the right lane. The second he gets next to me he just slows to my speed and starts staring at my Z. I saw him looking so I downshifted into 4th and gave a little gas -- biggest smile I've seen on a pickup drivers face in some time.

 

I was driving home the other evening and a beat up 70's pick up came up beside me, we both had our window's down and a guy in his late 40's or so looking like the stereotypical redneck hung his upper body out the passenger side window...I was honestly expecting to get a beer can or a used dip thrown in my window. Instead the guy was grinning from ear to ear, yelled I like that car and gave me the thumbs up.

I notice the double takes and extra long stares all the time at stop lights and gas stations too...honestly, it never gets old.

 

i was going to my car.. and this lady was like "that yo ride?", im like yea.. and she goes you must get alot of ***** with that ride, **** ill give u mine while we go around da block.... i was like ummm.. ok.. but no thankx.. and yes it was a hooker.. LOL...

 

best one ive ever gotten was, "omg, i want to f your car" some hot blonde chick at a street race gathering. that was a long time ago when i was driving a 92 mustang gt.

Once when I drove away from my moms house about 6 elementary school kids started pointing and chased the car down the street while smiling and jumping up and down I felt good and expected the little dog to run across the road and the creepy old Nissan man from the Z commercials to pop out any second.

When I went to Rochester, I drove through some ghetto strip mall and there were a bunch of dudes standing around. When I drove past they just stared and one of the guys said "Whut is dat.... uh spaceship???"

and of course, the numerous times where the girls want to take you home and give you head till your eyes pop

 

My company's car wash guy is this old Italian guy. The first time I brought it in, he put his hands on his hips, and in a thick I talian voice said "she eez a beautiful car. mmm mmm"

 

The best compliment ever, "Nice Porsche!"
I was laughing for awhile after that one.
Also another one, "What's a Z car?" from someone at a car show, lol.
And yes, a lot of girls love the Z.

 

The best compliment is every Saturday when I have to wash off all of the drool marks.

I'm at a friends house to play some poker.. a good dozen people showed up. I park my lemans sunset '06 in the driveway and another guy parks his grey s2000 next to me.

At least 3 people ask - 'Who's Z is that in the driveway? Nice F-ing car!'

No one mentions the s2000...and after the last person complimented my car, another says, 'no love for the honda?'.... silence...

 

Yesterday afternoon near the beach, I got revved by an older gentlemen in his V12 Ferrari Maranello.

He didn't say anything, just smiling but for him to burn 3 gallons of gas on me was a compliment in itself.

 

"wow she drives sooo smooth. so much smoother than my car. and so stable too. and the best thing is, it doesnt feel too close to the ground. there's like instant power... hey this car is nts (not too shabby)" -S2000 owner, friend

 

this past weekend, sunday afternoon with my girlfriend after church and filling up at a chevron. older guy about 55+ comes out from the store while i'm filling up and pauses.
"whoah!! nice car buddy!!"
"thanks mister."
he takes three steps still looking at my car then pauses again.
"whoah!! nice girlfriend!! you're my hero!!"
i say thanks again and my girlfriend and i laugh as he walks to his suv with his wife smiling in the passenger seat at the other side of the pump i was using.
