it just unlocks slow so passengers try it open it right away but you have to wait like 2seconds and then the lock **** gets stuck in the middle so you have to lock it back then unlock again its annoying.

It would only be neccssary for auto lock if you lived in downtown San Francisco and some homeless guy jumps in your car which I hear happens quite frequently. But I made it a habit to lock it before I drive off and carry a box cutter in the car.

Its gotta be your aftermarket alarm system, I know all Viper alarms have the autolock option on them, but you can set it up so it doesnt, look in your manual it should have directions how to deactivate it if u know where your program button was put

My Z doesn't auto lock/unlock either. It's your aftermarket system that's doing it. I had a Crimstopper Gargoyle alarm on my Civic hatch, and that's what it did. I liked it on there, and it was surprisingly VERY fast. No lag delay at all when you start/shut off your engine.

The stock Zs don't have auto-lock/unlock capabilities. It is definitely in your aftermarket alarm. KP Technologies makes a module that you can add into your Z or G that gives you the auto lock/unlock. As soon as you turn off the ignition, it immediately unlocks, no latency or delays.
