Your right, the brake job was not. However, there was a TSB I had them perform on my rear liftgate that WAS covered under warranty. I think is has to do with the fact that the Infiniti QX4 is the exact same vehicle as the Pathfinder, except for a few slight cosmetic differences. The TSB applied to both vehicles.
