I put 87 in mine. With gas prices being as absurd as they are there's no way in hell I'm buying 93.

You have to put gas in the car? Why am I always the last person to get the word?

Not a great idea. They require premium for a reason.

Congrats...you saved $5.00!! Now your engine can be potentially be F&&ked up and you can then spend $500 to fix it. Hope that $5.00 was worth it.

BTW commenting on the use of 87 octane... I use 93 and i still have to octane boost from the autoparts store to keep it from ticking....

bottom line own a nice sports car that requires premium. put premium in it, end of discussion. gas prices are a ***** but its not your Z fault dont take it out on the Z
dont wanna put high end gas in the car? there are other options
just saw a cute commercial on TV last night for it. it gets 40 MPG!

I'm sure it'll be just fine. I put 87 in my LS1 Trans Am for three years and it ran like a beast.
Seriously...it's not a Ferrari. It will run fine on regular.
