buttons on the steering wheel?

Hi I'm about to buy a z so looking at autotrader.com, I see some Z's with buttons on the steering wheel? What are they and does having them indicate having cruise contro?

Buttons on the right side are for cruise control. Buttons on the left side are audio control.

If the have buttons on the right hand side of the wheel, then it has cruise. On the 06 models, they added the audio controls to the left side (all models except base).
