The year of your Z and Mileage...?
an 03 with 308k is inspiring and amazing, my 07 with 38k has a long way to go if thats the case.
My amsoil rep told me the amsoil 5/30 full synth I use is good for 25k miles per oil change interval, lol I find that hard to believe, I am going to change it every 5k anyway for piece of mind, but I am hoping if I keep the Z to get over 250k on it.

300,000 in Feb.2014 Now at 329,000. Still running strong no smoke. Regular maintenance, have replaced radiator, all front bushings, struts and shocks and springs with S-tuned, replaced stock clutch last Aug., one coil pack, gas door motor, three windshields (rocks in AZ), oil filter gasket, clutch fork ball (09). Several sets of front tires early on, mostly due to feathering.
