^^^^ Ultimate lurker and owner of the garage queen. 46 posts in 5½ years and less than 5K miles on an '03. Look at the bright side, you'll be able to sell the car in about 20 years for twice what you paid for it because it will be in showroom condition.
DavesZ#3 , I know, but the nice thing about it is now that its paid off we still have our new car , its never been in the rain ! , my wife wanted a convertable , I said no way , the whole structural thing ,so we bought a 1996 miata with 27k that she runs to work in ,and takes to the mall etc, the last 3-4 years we have been putting 125-150 miles on it each year , thats sad , and to make things worse the last time I put gas in it was the fall of 2006 !, I have been putting in the double dose that stabil recommends ,and it always starts and runs great!
To make things worse I always change the oil before its put up for the winter ,
it usually has 100 something miles when its changed !

Its not easy to do when you both work 10 hour days , 6 days a week ,7th day is usually spent checking off the honey do list , lol ,. The nice thing about driving it every now and then is that it feels like your at the dealer on your first test drive !. (someday someone will have a nice car. ) Craig.

Yet.
I was just checking the mileage on my 03 Brickyard Red base model this evening (wrote it down the last time I drove it back in February 2008) and it is 25,413..and since June of 2005 it has only been dirven about 1200 miles.
She is still on her original battery (always disconnect the positive battery cable--never had any engine code problems)...maybe she will get a new battery this year. Her stable mate (the 91 Mustang GT) decided that it wants a new battery so they are probably talking to each other as we speak.

By looking at your name it looks like you collect Z's. If that's the case I can understand the low mileage. But as my daily driver I roll up the miles happily. Btw, the color brickyard is just "brickyard", not "brickyard red". It's actually a shade of purple.
