How many miles do you have on your 2003 350Z?

Serious question, would love an insight into the mind of a person who loves the 350z but puts <30k miles on it in 5+ yerars.

But to answer your question.
I like keeping my car seeming ‘new’. Yes, after 4 years, it still has the ‘new car’ smell. I only drive it on sunny weekends and usually a road trip once a year. When you ‘rarely’ drive it, when you do drive it, it’s more ‘special’.
I want to keep it ‘new’ as long as possible. Believe it or not, my prior ‘toy’ car to the Z was a 1967 Mustang with 33,000 original miles on it. It was pristine, 95% original. The only ‘new’ parts were battery, hoses, belts, etc. That is my goal for this car.
It’s never been driven in snow, or after a snow on salty, chemical treated streets. It’s rarely been in the rain. Probably rained on about half dozen time in the four & ½ years. And because of that, it’s always clean, ‘showroom’ fresh. I still have people asking me if it is a new car.
Lastly, I don’t want to drive it to work. I travel about 40 miles round trip daily –that’s not a lot of miles, but miles do add up. Currently my daily driver is a ’92 Civic Si, which averages 32 MPG.
Also, I park in a public parking garage. Although the parking is safe, people have no respect for car and bang away on the doors.

I'm thinking about getting an old Miata as my daily driver. How's the gas mileage on it?

My 93 Miata gets close to 30 mpg. I have 66k miles on that... with a new son, I don't get to drive the two seaters much these days

My daily driver.... I'm thinking to trade and go for a 10 year old Miata. But I still get 33 MPG.
