Frozen Z!!!
my advice, DO NOT TOUCH IT!!!!!!!!!!
you will do something bad to it. it will crack the cover, take a layer of paint with it... who knows what else. in the future, if the cover isnt water proof, dont use it! I mean what good is the cover if water still gets through and freezes to your vehicle? skip the cover, water never hurt anything.but peeling ice off cant be good.

The only safe way is to pour warm water over the entire cover or wait until it defrosts on it's own. Yanking the cover off will likely damage the paint. Good Luck.
What kind of cover did you use? Did you put the cover on a wet car? Tell us the details.

My car cover has frozen onto the vehicle! Can the paint be damaged if I pull it off? I don't want to use hot water because it will turn my driveway into a skating rink.
