Actually, I'd be willing to bet that a lot of these "youngsters" live at home or with roomates, making it quite easy to afford a ~$30,000 car. This isn't a knock, just a hunch. I mean, who couldn't afford $4-500 a month with a $7-10/hr. job and no other real expenses?

Motives at purchase: When I first saw the 350Z introduced back in 02/03 I knew then I would defintitely get one (or the G35 Coupe I considered for awhile)...I just fell in love with the car. The Z brings me back to my younger days when some of buddies were into 240Zs and even Datsun 510s modified up. I never had a Z back then but always liked them.

Job: Accountant, specializing in business valuation work, been running my own practice for about 14 months now (love the freedom this gives me...and the Z gives me)

Man I feel old seeing the average ages posted are early 20s. I really appreciate all the great info provided on this forum from all you Z enthusiasts.
