Question Couple questions about Z tuning...

Hey all, just found you guys in my new search for a Z forum, figured I'd see what everyone has to say.
I've been tuning for ages and have a Z as a daily ('06, touring, 6spd). I just finished my last project car and the stable is full, and decided it's time to tune the hell out of the daily...
I've loved my Z since the day I bought it, but I'm thinking step one would be to upgrade to either the track or grand touring trim level. I work at a Nissan dealership now so it shouldn't hurt too much, anyone think this is worth doing from a tuner's perspective?
Also, many people tell me to stick with the N/A, but there's not too much you can really do to dramatically increase power that way. I'm debating between a supercharger, single turbo, and twin turbo. Any thoughts on the whole mess? I build most of my cars with single turbo, but my last one I went back to twin and realized how much I missed it.. something's nice about my little ball bearinged babies spooling up parrallel.
Also, what manufacturer would you guys recommend for BPU parts? Any body kits floating around there that look too badass to pass up? Other thoughts?
Thanks guys and girls, I'll be combing through the pages for a couple of hours here, gotta adapt to a whole new car all of a sudden... gonna be a long night.

If you want massive power gains then you are going to need to go forced induction... It depends how much power you want on your daily driver here in Califoria though... You will definitely love something like a vortech supercharger or a ati procharger... however, if you want more power you can do the aps twin turbo (or greddy). There is a bunch of crap in the marketplace that is for sale by both vendors and private parties... good luck, and welcome to the Z community!

Thanks for the quick hit Chris.
Basically, since it IS a daily, the tuning is going to have to center (somewhat) around driveable options, which means mods that can take consistent use. Although I guess I could go the laptop route but.. that doesn't exactly scream grocery getter.
How are the twins out there as far as drivability? What about the chargers?

Watched a g35 at Billet Motorsports in Florida receive the Greddy TT kit, and it seems to be the most drivable option as far as turbo goes. The stealership could not even notice when it was driven into the garage for an oil change. But for DD i'd go with a supercharger just for reliability sakes.

Ok cool, any thoughts on the differences between trim levels?
I'm just debating at this point whether to start working on the current one or start with a grand touring.

I dont think the trim levels matter as much.. as you will probably upgrade a lot of the car anyway (engine, brakes, stereo, etc)
