I also got the video. Nicely put together and cool music. I do have to agree that I would have liked to have seen more action, not really burnouts or plane vs. car scenes, but how about car vs. car stuff, or drifting in turns, or high speed run on a closed of road, or track footage, or high speed canyon run, or I would take a burnout if you did it till the tires popped. But overall I liked your video and would buy V2. Really professionally done.

Thumbs up

I got mine Friday!

Great job.

I only wish I had seen the post about the "road trip" I would have loved to represent the many Silverstone owners out there.

Looking forward to V2

It is only a collectors item if PointfiveZero has a dozen or more of them.

Sorry for confusing you.

Here is the explanation:

During the many months the 'pre-orderers' were waiting for their cars, and hanging at this site, Tim (aka pointfivezero) amassed quite a collection of 350Z paraphernalia. If is was 350z related, Pointfivezero had it, and multiples of it.

I was using some fuzzy reverse logic.

thanks to you Jim! It was tough getting some Z's around here for the shoot, but Nate and you came through....

Next time I want to do it during the week so there is no traffic on the Apahce Trail. I'd like to get some fast speed runs up to the lake!

DJ, I got to watch it today.... great job... an excellent addition to the collection. Very clean captures and well done. It was a blast to be a part of. I'm definately in for TS2. I'm thinking that we set up a low camera rig to the back and front of your Z. Like they had to do for 'The Run'... to keep up with the other Z ;-)

Sorry for jumping in late... been out of town this week.

DJ,
the DVD is great! While I agree with what others have said about the first sequence being long, I still like getting to see all the footage. What was Nissan thinking? Some of those DB spots would have made great action ads to accompany the B&W still photo campaign. I particularly like the one shot where the Z drives by with the bright setting sun in the background... sweeeet!

Dr. Bonz...
no offense to the Zaino master, but someone snuck in two pics or another Brickyard... wonder who that could have been?
Advantage of having warmer driving weather, I guess...

DJ (again)...
Keep us posted on the sequel. I'm impressed enough that I'll buy another. It would be cool if you could a group drive sequence with more cars and colors represented.

Very very nice video. I was actually surprised by the quality, it's very professionally done.

Looking forward to volume II, with more action shots.
