For the last few days, ive noticed my car cranks up pretty rough. I made sure im not accidentally releasing the cluthc to early and that im holding the key all the way, but it sounds like its jerking while cranking but then it starts up again.
Im not sure what the problem could be. The car is new. I think i may have overoiled the JWT filter a few weeks ago and im just feeling the effects now that its very pollenated outside ect. I'm not really sure what the problem is. It also only happens on cold start.

anyone have this issue before? before i take it to the dealership for them only to tell me they can't replicate?

 

I have an ALL stock '06 auto w/5600 miles. I had to move my car one night (cold idle) to switch cars in the driveway, then shut it down. The next morning when I started it I swear it sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders, it smoothed out within a few seconds. Freaked me out! That was the only time and I've can't duplicate it. Not sure what did it or why.

 

ive had that problem too, after i crank it there is a weird grinding sound like im putting it in the wrong gear, but im not touching anything...hmmmm

 

its not a grinding sound. its like uhh...it has problems cranking up..itll stutter and then itll ignite. idle is fine.

 

Mine is noisy as hell when I first crank it. I figure she's just cranky cause I woke her up.
