as u guys can see im a new member here... so heres a couple of noob question on the Zs. i've done my search, but i kinda need more answers. i heard that Zs don't respond to bolt ons well, even a type s with NA bolt ons can take z. i heard that intake spacer does pretty good for Zs, other than that nothing really... my goal is to reach low 13s with simple bolt ons. can some of u guys tell me ur modds and the 1/4 time slip? thanx guys

My buddy runs high 12's with his 6mt Z (all bolt ons mentioned ahead-and clutch set up)....If you do, cai, exhaust, test pipe, spacer, and light weight pully you will deff be running low 13's. Stock i ran 14.2 with just learning how to drive stick, my friend a 14 flat in my car...and back than would lose to my friends altima by like 3 cars....now i can beat him by like a car. Now i think i can run 13.6-13.7 easily

sounds like pop charger gives u top end. i kinda don't like the idea of open filter intake system. so i think im gonna go ahead with arc induction box/suction pipe, air box improves low and mid range power, also give u better throttle response. it's just a personal preference, as u can see im a JDM guy =)

See sig for mods, and a high 12 is possible, under great conditions. Some here have run high 12's with similar mods.
Of course, the 04 is around 200lbs lighter than the 06. Mine only weighs 3,160 with a 1/4 + tank of gas.
