For those of you that have a 350Z could you answer a question for me? Does your gas gauge have a small indicator light that looks like a gas pump which remains on all the time. Then gets brighter when the tank is low. Or is there no indicator light on at all until the gas is low?

 

The Z has a simple bulb light (doesn't look like a gas pump). It goes on once you have like < 2 gallons in the tank. It doesn't get brighter. It's a simple on/off light.
