OK so I bought my G35 coupe MT with 19,000 miles a year ago and 5th gear syncro was shot so Infiniti replaced it under warranty. 8,000 miles later the same syncro started acting up and I got another tranny. So now I'm on my 3rd tranny and I know its only a matter of time before it breaks again. Keep in mind that i don't beat my tranny up at all!!!

Now, I've seen those adapters sold on ebay to hook up to a GM automatic tranny but is there any way we can use a toyota V160 tranny or a GM 6 speed manual??? Has anyone done this??
