NO aftermarket part will VOID your warranty... The afterarket part its self will not be covered under warranty from a dealership... Some aftermarket parts have their own warranty...

If a problem occurs that is directly caused by your aftermarket part then you have an issue... But, put the stock part back on... no one will know...

As far as NISMO parts... NISMO S-Tune products are fully covered by NISSAN Factory Warranty weither installed by yourself or at a dealer...
