Default Traction Control and VDC question?

Okay about a month ago I test drove an 06 enthusiast... I'm pretty sure it had a button to the left under the steering wheel to turn off the Traction Control... Well last night I test drove an 04 track, and all it had was a button for the VDC... Can you not turn off the traction control on an 04?

short answer:
VDC button includes TCS. Off means both is off.
If you don't have VDC, but do have TCS, than there is the TCS button.
If you do have VDC, there is always only the VDC button.
If you have neither, there is no button.

long answer:
search would have revealed thousands of posts about this.

Only one button either way.

TCS is part of VDC.
