The engine and transmission make some serious heat. Just put your hand on the side of the transmission hump. Nissan could have added more insulation material, but keeping the interior cool would mean additional weight.

The cabin will fog up and get pretty warm if you do that. Ah, and that fog in the window is moisture comming out of your breath and body... Get some fresh air in please
