Default Tuning Issues

Ok, I recently installed TopSpeed headers and Megan Racing TP's on my Z. I'm not a big fan of drag racing (I prefer road course ) but I took the Z to the track, jus to see what it would run before I put these on. My best time was a 13.8 with just a popcharger. Then once I got my headers installed I took it back and the best I could run was about a 14.1?? I figured it was just because it was hot so I went back on a friday night, still, 14.0-14.1. So I was thinking, maybe my car is running lean or not tuned right. So my questions are as follows..

1) Is it possible that the reason my car is running slower times after having installed headers and tp's is because the car needs to be tuned differently?

2) If that's the case, is there anywhere I could find some kind of cable to connect to the OBD port and also to my laptop where I could tune it. Tactrix makes a cable like this (www.tactrix.com), but it appears to only be for WRX/Evo's. I have looked into UTEC, but I am running short on funds right now.

If anyone could help out, I would appreciate the advice.

Thanks,
Eric
