Nissan 350Z GT-S Concept
Nissan 350Z GT-S Concept
A small group of off-duty Nissan development engineers decided to transform a standard 350Z into a supercharged beast, called the “GT-S” — with a predicted 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds. Lots of pictures after the jump.
The principal changes made to turn the 350Z into the GT-S centre on its engine and chassis. Using a supercharger installation from Swiss manufacturers Novidem, power has increased by more than 25 percent from 300PS to 382PS, while torque rises from 353 Nm to a heady 425Nm

Ok, WTF is the big deal about this car; it's just a reg Z that some guys that happen to work for Nissan in Europe took and modded with an aftermarket body kit, SC and other bolt-ons just like any owner here could and has done. Anybody could build that car with the money and it's stupid to think it'll ever be anything offered from the facory; none of the stuff is Nissan or Nismo stuff.

Still I agree with you, anyone could make this car from different mods! Waste of time imo also no word on pricing. Only thing you'd have it going for, would be the Nissan warranty on a FI Z, that's all

thats a strosek Z...
All that it has to do with NISSAN Motor Corp is they made the car...
its modified... Its not a NISSAN concept...
Its a german company...
the reason they have the spoiler like that, all euro Z's have the factory spoiler on it / factory aero package...

Ok, call me stupid if you want. That looks like a supercharger to me. What is that ram air style bumper for if the intake is no longer in that location and the supercharger is obviously not sucking in air?

That is great we own both vehicles. I thought the CVT could not handle much more power. My wife would love the xtra power in the Murano. Why does everything have to come out after we buy... oh well

Novidem Supercharger = Swiss Z Tuner, not Nissan UK.
Gents,
After looking at the photo's I was thinking to myself; that setup looks familiar, and sure enough it states in the text it's a "Novidem supercharger".
Check out this thread for the photos and info;

Novidem is the local supercharger specialist here in Switzerland. In Zurich I've seen a number of Novidem Z's rolling around with a similar setup (although without the aero kit, which is no loss).
They've been playing with the VQ for a couple of years now, and have a 380 HP version as seen here and a new 450 HP unit.
We're also LHD here, so I'm guessing the Nissan UK guy's just fitted a Novidem kit to their car, which means potentially no problems for your guys in the US.
It's definitely not a factory car here so far, just a bolt on kit (through Novidem).
check out this link www.novidem.ch (sorry it's in German)
As far as i'm aware internals are stock, they add the blower, plus exhaust, ECU, suspension plus some other small bits for CHF 19000, (as all things have to be government certified here, and they are one of the only ones who have it)
We've had this supercharged motor for a while here, but if it becomes a factory model, that will certainly be cool!
By the way, I'm not a newbie, been following for a while, just not posting.
