Unhappy 450+ hp?

i herd from my friend that the 350z engine wont be able to handle over 450hp, is that true?

also im sorry if a thread like this was already posted, i could not find it

Search the FI forums!!!!

but definately need to search!

Sharif is pushing over 600+hp with built motor

people have seen closeto 500 hp stock block!!!

the turbonator guys would be in big trouble if that was true, 'cause they dyno stock Z's with a turbonator at 700rwhp easy

Im gonna guess your friends dont own a Z or know **** about it! they are either Supra Kids, or all over expensive exotics saying these are the only way to go for high power cause of the high pricetag!

you mean the NA S1 engine, thats not stock!

Sharif told me he was hoping for close to 800HP (but I guess that Crank HP) once he tunes it. It is one badass Z.

and we've said research the FI forums, some motor blow at 390 some hold 550 depends on the tune!!!!

dude you should of done a search but,i know of one person on this board who blew his motor at 396rwhp,but there are others who have much more and still going strong.it all depends on how you tune it and how you drive it.search is your friend.

Buddy of mine blew his on a Greddy TT last year. But on Stock internals i would be hesitant to push over 400 rwhp as a daily driver without an exceptional tune and 93 octane. Yes the car can handle over that but the question is for how long.
