He's saying that in his area most of the crime is due to hispanics. That's how it is where I live too. Check the local police beat in the paper. Every violent crime, theft, etc... is committed by someone hispanic. It's not being racist, it's noticing your surroundings. I'm not afraid to say if we didn't have hispanics in my area our crime rate would be reduced drastically.

We had someone say something derogatory about Asian women last week, we had someone scared of his shadow a couple of weeks ago and wanted to bulk up so he wouldn't be afraid of Black people at a gas station. What is this the 60s? Do we still live in a day and age where we have to attribute all things negative to people of color? Let's rise above this small petty behavior.
