My Friend Crashed my Z!
I know exactly what you are feeling right now, something similar happened to me. I let a friend drive my Stealth a while back, and the ********** pretty much drove it like he stole it. Completely tore up 2nd gear (synchros and all). All of this while I was in the car!! I wanted to punch him in the head, but that probably wouldn't have been the smartest thing to do while he was driving.
Cost me ~2K to get it fixed. So I have implemented a policy similar to some of the comments in this thread... Don't let someone else drive your performance car.

damn sorry to hear that man, **** my let my friend test drive my car and he curb the left side driver bumper and curb a little on my new rims at that time as well. i was sooooo ****, but things can always be fix. theres other things in life to stress about, dont let this get to you. lesson to learn. good luck fixing it soon.
