Becareful how you start a thread. Those three words still stir some strong emotions. I'm sure we all have that worry in common. My sales person promoted. I was passed to another sales person. That sales person is now at another dealership (and still calls me). I met with the sales manager and asked if he would let my newly promoted original sales person finish what he started. He said yes and I hope for the best.

Good luck and stay in touch with the dealership and on this forum or the most up-to-date info.

One sure fire way to prevent this would be to get your VIN#. That way, I don't think the dealer could do this to you. At least if he did, you could bust him on it.

contact the inventory manager for the dealership. I am fortunate. My dealership is a very small one where the service manager is my salesman. He's not going anywhere, and he's got a 260Z
