Built, thanks for that. Hey, could you confirm that the TPMS works with the gt-3's? Also, are there any problems with these wheels and Brembos? I've drooled over your car several times.
ATL - I checked Tire Rack and see the gt-3's are on closeout. I may have to get them this week. Just confirming TPMS, (though I believe you!) and Brembos. Also, +43 mm offset...is that too much? I was under the impression the rears should be around +30mm.

Those gt3's look awesome. Is that the satin or polished finish? I was considering getting some 19" satin ones but the price the seller wanted was crazy, not to mention the 90 day waiting period.

I have Tirerack's catalogue "Inside Track" from Spring 2006. These wheels are on page 37 and they are listed as "bright satin" and TPMS compatible.
I agree that +43mm offset seems a little high.

I dont know if that is a good option, it says to use on uncoated metal. I believe there is a clear coat over the lip of these wheels, and the face of the wheel (around the rivets) is definately coated...with paint.

I believe Tirerack.com still has the GT3's
Also the warning is about the Mothers Polish, the power ball itself is just a big sponge that you can use (without the polish) to clean the rivit areas.

Wheel offset
The wheel's offset is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. To determine wheel offset:
Position the wheel on a flat surface and measure its overall width.
Divide the overall width by two, then subtract this result from the backspace value.
Offset = Backspace - (Rim Width ÷ 2)
The offset of a wheel can be one of the following three settings:
Zero offset:
The hub mounting surface is even with the centerline of the wheel.
Positive offset:
The hub mounting surface is toward the front or wheel side of the wheel. Positive offset wheels are generally found on front-wheel drive cars.
Negative offset:
The hub mounting surface is toward the back or brake side of the wheel's centerline. "Deep dish" wheels are typically negative offset.

The guys at Tirerack.com said the TPM's should screw right in...
I know Stop-Tech's BBK with 14" rotors will fit with these wheels so your definatly good to go with the Brembos

I dont know, usally when people paint there rims to match there car it can come out a little weird looking.... I'd really think about it before you do it, dem rims are not cheap...
