dang seems like u guys dont go too much higher than the little rsx... i own a base and have gone faster than some of these guys... and to add to that its a base rsx..

did about 125 last week. felt like i was going much slower, the only indication i wasnt was the sound of the motor/exhaust.

 

the stock ones run about 14.3-14.5 at Infineon's drags. Stock Z's can hit high 13's. there if you have a good driver.

Modified Neons go like hell, but so do Z's

 

had my speedo pegged at 160, but my speedos off thanks to the 4.10s. Im not really sure how fast I was going. And this was in my mustang lol (no Z here )

 

garden state parkway / turnpike.. ride was as smooth as ever

I think I hit 120 coming down 114 before entering Las Colinas.

 

When my Auto was totally stock it turned 13.900 with a few bolt ons it it has now hit 13.7
Click on the sig BURN hear the announcer day a dial in of 13.90 and the guy taking the vid say "it doesn't even have exhaust". 13.90 from a stock 5AT. That's better than a timeslip. I drag race a lot and have seen several turbo neons run.

gotta get vented rotors if you guys make a habbit of high speed driving like that, or else you'll get serious brake fade.


btw, dont gotta z but i hit 130-135ish in my v6 mustang, scared of hitting a deer or going to jail so i hit the brakes, brakes dont like 130 mph lol


i wonder what it'd take to make a z go 200+?
