Someone wants to swap LSDs my auto one for his manual one.

He says i'll benefit becasue it makes your gears shorter and rev quicker

Swap will be about $200.

What do you think?

yea if you didnt have to pay 200 dollars Is this person charging you 200 for his diff plus yours or is this just for the install if its just for the install then umm yea id not no. also do it your self one weekend in your garage I would swap if you were in my area.

 

200 for a straight swap, he said $200 is the labor charge?

 

As long as you are just swapping housings, that is the best option to do...

Labor is genearlly around $150 to swap the housing on one car... Depending on where you go of course...

So $200 total for you and you get the new differential, your sittin pretty...

I said the $200 BALLPARK for YOUR install. That's all you will pay for. Could be less though...not sure.

But anyways it's off the market. I already got one.

Oh and it's not swapping LSD'S. I said I need a PUMPKING WITH the VLSD. Swapping pumpkins.
