I never said its ok, but thats life. It's not ok that the are straving kids in other countries but it happens. Called a fact of life and thats the way it is.. Nothing more nothing less. I am not the one who posted there salary, and that no one should ever deserves to be disprespected or spoken to in a rude manner. Talk about stating the obvious! I certainly did not go bragging about my income and my job etc. I simply stated that in this life things are a certian way and if you cannot except it then it too bad... i didnt brag in the least about my salary. 75k isnt worth bragging about. i even called it a SMALL INCOME.

Ya its day and night between Nissan service and Infiniti Service, I got one of each car so I know... At Infiniti if there going to take more then 30 min to service your car you get a loaner With Nissan you get a free shuttle bus ride But thats typical among Toyota, Ford, Honda, etc.. If you want 1st class service you gotta stick to Infiniti, Lexus, Acura and BMW...

Although I always hate it when I do have some warranty work needed and I call 4-5 days in advance to make an appointment and they ALWAYS end up keeping my car until the end of the day... I guess they use warranty work as "Fill In Work" But thats pretty much my only gripe about service departments.

 

I sincerely HOPE you're right...BUT his attitude does confirm my low expectations of most car salesman....No concern for the customer and extremely unprofessional.

I'm been in Pharmaceutical Sales for 10 years and each company I worked for made it a point during training to teach us to how to sell to Physicians without coming across like a car salesman, which MOST Professional Sales people compare to Telemarketers.

NOW I can truly see WHY...

 

i still dont understand why two of you believe you are better than others because of the fact you have an average priced car. nobody has a right to talk to anyone like they are garbage.

im not going to get into how i really feel about someone in sales that tries to say they are better than someone else in sales.

but most people in retail sales know either real estate or cars are the ones that make the money.

im still waiting for john to call me back and let me know if it was him that posted, but i dont think it was...

 

just talked to john and he says he hasnt been on since the 2nd. he says the ban ends on the 11th or 12th and he will be changing his password to try to prevent this from happening again. not that anyone probobly cares but i just thought i would relay info

 

Who ever said I am better then anyone. If one person can point out anywhere where indicate that i am better then anyone please let me know. You clearly are very insecure. I can tell you that you will always make excuses for yourself and as to why you think its ok make yourself feel better by acting as though you are so more enlightened then anyone else. Get the facts straight when you buy something weahter its ten dollars or fifty thousand. You still deserve to get the service you expect. everyone has difft ideas of what the level of service that why its called customer service. Do you know why nordstrom is the most well known luxury retailer. Because they will take any return of any product what so ever. no questions asked. Even if they get screwed it's there idea of what service is. So there is nothing wrong with having high expectations. You obviously are ok with settling for mediocrity. its very clear you indicate that you have a low paying job, but what are you doin to improve yourself, Are u in college, are you studying.. I on the other hand do not act as though i know everything, in fact i learn everyday and I learned alot from you. It's clear that you will accept poor service and believe everyone should smile and play pattycakes all freaking day. Doersnt work like that in the real world. If you are in a retail type business you will be treated like crap by some people just the way it is. Thats why you choose to operate a train. you obviously do not deal with people very well. Thats ok thats why there is 31 flavors, you pick what you want. Me on the other hand, i am motivated by accomplishments and success. I like to set goals and achieve them. You are happy just doing your thing two different things both aqually satisfying to you and to me. So therefore take your pills since you know the lingo so well. And I will go about my business. Problem with people like you is you dont know when you are wrong. I can admit when i am wrong. Thats part of being human. But then again maybe you are just not living in our reality...

 

By the way I would be more then happy to paint your race car. As long as your check clears I dont care what you call me.. So I can give you my email you can send me pics, I will give you an estimate...

I wouldn't expect you to know or understand the Sales Profession, since you are in a totally unrelated field. I do agree that GOOD Realtors AND GOOD High End Car Salesman can make good money....I was referring to the average performing Toyota or Nissan car salesman.

As far as this character from Victory Nissan, He doesn't really matter to me because I don't live in the VA Area, so I won't be doing business with him anyway...SO it's a moot point, basically.
