Hey man, I told you to go to Connell Nissan in Oakland via PM. It's not that far from where you live and they can at least fix the axle clicking problem for you. Don't have the grease window problem (yet) so I can't help you there. Took them an hour only while I waited and they had all the parts already. I made an appointment the day before too. Call and ask to speak with Gary. I've been there a few times already and have been treated like a customer is supposed to be treated. Everyone was nice, polite, and courteous!

Nissan's service in the 3-4 dealers here in Denver suck...
Should have bought a G man... the infiniti dealers take care of you. Free loaner cars, free car wash and vacuum every time you're there, even if it's just to chat, never any issues with them whatsoever, even with warranty stuff or having a procharger on the car, etc..etc.. Infiniti of Denver = teh bomb.

This sounds like my experience here in Orlando. Just terrible. I feel for you. I just shake my head and wish I had purchased somewhere else. Either way, I am going to go somewhere else for my services. Bought two cars in two weeks here and they still don't give a damn! I also agree with the phone calls and the attitudes of the service advisors. Very unprofessional. Hope everything works out for you.
