Damn John, chill-- no is agrueing with you but I dont believe their any reason to go about lying

Many have mention getting similar deals on Zs before
I bought a 05 maxima brand new around 10miles on OD in early 06 --sticker was $38,XXX paid 30,000 and this is without a trade or using their bank so they didnt screw me over else where.

This was streater-smith in conroe, texas the GM stated they couldnt buy anymore 06 without first reducing 05 stock and fact encouraged me to go for the 05 instead of 06 and freely reveiled their true invoices, perhaps they pulled a trick on me somewhere but I still got a 8k savings and the car is currently worth almost 4grand more then I owe because of this

i dont really care if you believe they are lyingor not... i know so.

you cant throw a maxima that had a 2500 dollar rebate on it in 05 with a z that has never had more than a 1k rebate.

the " true invoice" thing has me stumped though. is only one invoice on a car. it says the price and then at the bottom left corner it will have the initials HB or FA and beside of it there is a number. that is how much the hold back is

8k on the maxima is tough to get but doable if they give everything to you and if it is a loaded car, loaded maxima 33k ish. mark up of 3500 dollars plus 2500 rebate and 1200 in holdback = 7200 in discounts.... which is a whole lot closer to 8k than the previous examples

that very possible since you have a 37k ish sticker with almost 4k in mark up and a 1000 rebate and 1200+ in hold back

if a deal makes sense ill be the first to admit its possible... but the first 2 examples are flat out lies, or there were trade ins that werent mentioned that were worth alot more than the dealer paid them for them

That's too much for an 05 35th Anniversary.

I bought mine new in May with 45 miles on it, with every option (auto, side/curtain airbags, nav, Ultra Yellow, etc.). It stickered at $41.6k, and I got it for $29.4k.

I had to drive from Cleveland to Philadelphia to get it. The dealer had two and was desparate to sell it. There was one here in Cleveland without NAV and side/curtain airbags, and it's still sitting there three months later because they won't go under $34k.

I traded two hotpockets for my Z. The dealer thought the two hotpockets combined were worth more than the car, so they refunded me $5000 to top it off. Now that's a deal!!!

there isnt that much markup in a z car fella thats how i know you and the other guy are freaking lieing. at most there will be 4k of markup between sticker and invoice and holdback on the most expensive z out there is going to be 1200 max for a total of 5200 in discounts if the dealership sells it at a TRUE BREAK EVEN DEAL... but yet you got 1200 dollars in tire and 7k off of the sticker???? tell those lies to someone else.. i know better... oh and smart guy if you look above the avitar again you will see i dont work in petersburg.. and even so. it doesnt matter if i lived in jackson mississippi. EVERY DEALER PAYS THE SAME FOR THE CARS! (except for destination, the further the state is from the plant it was produced, the higher the destination)
Remind all of us again why you were recently banned? Unbelievable.
And your earlier comment about the car doesn't cost the dealer less to own is true, however, the car is worth much less on the open market.

i got my 05z leftover in 06. awesome deal. nothing crazy like yours but i got a discount to push it out.

speaking of insane discount...saab is doing a 13% military discount (all the time and never-ending). i inquired about a 9-3 aero and it came out grand total about 38k. seeing i am military and the discount kicked in, it dropped to 28k fully loaded. nice to be in the military just in case any military guys on here are curious. this includes military members stationed in europe too. saab wants to take care of us and will also deliver your new saab to your stateside home too.
