Yeah, I THOUGHT the automatic Touring had TCS and not VCD... Glad you got it sorted out.

Have somebody actually seen them because I have seen track models and they seem equal to other models under the car and I think they removed the item prior to import to the island. Does anyone have actual pics of these things?

I honestly haven't had time to get aquainted with this car yet. What can I say....it's hers and she driven it the past two days! When I got home I just stood there for a second and looked at those damn switches on the console, thinking to myself "How in the hell did I not see those when I test drove it?" Guess I wasn't interested in switches while driving it.

I did pull the Bose cover off and there is a Bose sub in there. Imagine that!
With this Pioneer head unit, it has the capability of running 3 subs....hmmmm! I see a developing project on our hands. I think pulling all the Bose speakers and replacing them with something better is right around the corner.

I do apologize.....

Without the quick responses from all of you, I'd still be looking for the list of standard options for 2003! It's been one hellava week...glad I'm off tomorrow.

Thanks again.

Yes you can buy these from a local dealer or perforamncenissan here on the boards www.mynismo.com They are a joke! They are very small and not what you would expect for a diffuser. If you search or call PN and ask for them they can give you a part # on the site you can enter and see the pieces and/or prices

No I think he's right...I don't think either MT/AT Enthusiast/Touring Roadster have VDC. They all come with TCS. Maybe the Grand Touring does...not sure about that one.

Hahah...don't worry, I was just messing with you. It was fun to investigate and see how much people REALLY know their cars and if they can actually distinguish one model from another.

In '03 there was no roadster; this thread is about this guy's '03 coupe. in "03, base had nothing, Enthusiast had TSC (both MT and AT), Performance had VDC, MT Touring had VDC, AT Touring had TCS, Track had VDC.

Yeah I know, but I was referring to this:

Yes, I understand there was no roadster in '03. But the posting I corrected said:

"ALL models above base have LSD. Touring AT has TCS (but not VDC); Touring MT has VDC (which includes TCS)."

This posting did NOT specify '03. Someone reading this posting might be confused, and then we'll have another thread like this one started by someone with an '04 or '05 MT roadster asking why his button reads "TCS" and not "VDC."

To get VDC on a roadster you need the Grand Touring model.

Thanks, because when I purchased mine, the dealer said it was a Enthusiast, but I have Navi, Brembo's, and the Rays rims. I guess I made out.

Gotcha. Yeah, it can get confusing from year to year...
