mine are fine, so care to comment? metal or plastic?

wouldnt say its common, youd have to open your door into something, or someone else open it into yours, and its not metal(if you want to think it is, its not sheet metal) so it cant dent.

Default I only have them on the Passenger side

So my passengers must inconsiderate or I'm getting rocks that are only hitting my handles on passanger side. I know that my hangle isn't hitting anything. I guess someone's finger nail could scratch it when they open the door.

I don't mind plastic door handles I just wish they didn't scratch so easily

Maybe I can try taking a picture of it.
