Default Wiper Fluid Warning

This is from the manual (2006 page 8-15):

"Do not substitute engine anti-freeze coolant for window washer solution. This may result in damage to the paint."

You know they got a call before they put THAT in!!!!

People make me laugh.

People figure that anti-freeze will keep the washer fluid from freezing in the winter and allow them to wash away ice or snow. They don't realize that anti-freeze is corrosive to paint.

Funny. On another note, there's a low washer fluid indicator on the dash, right? Is there any way to disable this? I was thinking of removing the washer reservoir altogether (or at least emptying it) since I never use the fluid.

Just put in water, the light will go off. No messing around with disabling anything.

Well, the purpose of it is dumping the unneeded weight. I don't know if I'd bother taking the whole thing out, but I'd at least like to run it empty...
