All 89 vettes except the BK2 twin turbo option were 245 hp at the flywheel and weighed about 3200 lbs. A stock one should do about 14.5 at 95. They made a few dozen ZR1s in 1989 but didn't sell any until '90 - I'm pretty sure all were sold as '90s.
There were some axle options, but I think 3.70 was the highest (numerically). 1989 was the first year of the 6 speed vette, though - they were not slow, but I'm pretty sure I could turn a faster lap around any track in my stock Z than I could in a stock '89 vette.
