Default Warrantys

Has anyone gotten a warranty for their z from a place like garantievc.ca (canadian place obviously) beacuse im soon to buy an 03 and it has no factory warranty so id still want a powertrain one and I heard a place like this is good up to 250k km, sounds kinda too good to be true though

I don't think you can cover a salvage car if it's branded on title?

Im pretty sure your not going to be able to get warranty on a salvage car. If a company was willing to do it, it would be very expensive...

$25K for a salvaged is too high IMO. You can buy a none salvaged Z for that price or another $1-$2K more.

Not sure what part of Canada your from but T-Dot has tonnes!

Find another Z. That's too much for a salvage and I agree that if you can even get a warranty, it sounds a bit sketchy. I'm unaware of any places that will warranty a salvage. That doesn't make sense for them.

Some credit unions offer extended warranties.

Well I can get a written warranty with them and they will have to get me the warranty then, other places are like 3months or 9k km, thats not enough, id rather a salvage with 112k km warranty

If the factory 36 month/3 year warrantee has expired nissan will not sell you an extended warrantee. I was told I could buy an extended warrantee anytime i wanted, only to find out later that if you drive a used car off the lot and the warrantee is expired, you will never be able to get one for it.
