go talk to your friendly local nissan service adviser. Our local adviser would gladly hook me up with their dent/ding repairman at cost.

Yeah I got a door ding when the girlfriend hit the door into a pole at the gas station ... I didn't even bother trying to mess with some TV ad thingy.. When was the last time you bought something from an infomercial and it did what they said...I figured it would only do more damage then good.

I went to my Nissan service adviser and he hooked me up with their dent/ding repairman. Did an awesome job and it was like it never happed.

i hate that crap too. it's a sad world that we live in where the s.o.b.s that hit our cars don't leave their name and number. a lot of people just don't respect other people's property. back when i had my mustang, a lady opened her door and hit mine, with me sitting in the car. when i said something to her she just laughed like it was no big deal to her. which of course made me completely freakin' pissed. luckily(for her) no damage was done to my car. not that i want door dings, but i wish that i could catch some of these a-holes.
on another note, here in San Diego we have a service called "Ding Doctor". Check your local yellow pages for places like this. They usually come to your home or work and do the repair.

People like HER need to be taught a lesson...you should have kicked her door in and left a dent..or maybe keyed the b*tch's car!

A couple of years ago, a f-in deer ran into the side of my Z and the only damage, from it's (hopefully broken) leg was a vertical dent at the top of the real wheel well, along that flat area. Paintless dent repair got that 99% out. If the light is right and you look at it at the correct angle, you can see a wave, but no one would EVER notice it if they didn't know it was there.

Still cost $300 though, and with a $250 deductible, I didn't even report it.

I used pops-a-dent on my Subaru. Works ok considering the price (I borrowed it). The results are much more noticable than on the Z though.
