Well I was going to reply to the important message thread but, um, it's closed. And this has been touched on in different threads but I need to tie it all together here for a recommendation.

So here it is. I have a suggestion for NNA.

One word...INTERNET.

It's the wave of the futu...actually now, catch it now.

I hate to tell you this, but you can order a Chrysler and have emails and a webpage to go to for status on the production and delivery of your vehicle (a co-worker bought a PT Cruiser). Whatever you think about the company and their products, the point is interactive Internet based/web empowered/e-business customer feedback is THE customer support/challenge ring to grasp for since Y2K.

In talking with my dealer, I asked if they had such a tool in place for other Nissan products (thinking maybe the pre-order or "newness" of the 350Z was the reason). The answer was, no!

I couldn't believe it. Still don't. Tell me it isn't true and I've just been mislead by my dealer and that Nissan really has this capability available normally.

P.S. Thank you very much for the cards, letters and serial numbered box set. Seriously, I do appreciate it. But tell me, why did I do this:
