I'd take her to small claims court and make her pay... If she's dumb enough to drive carelessly without having insurance and a valid drivers license she should have to pay for her stupidity...

FL law states she's liable for damage up to 10k whether she has insurance or not. Your insurance company (if you have collision coverage which you BETTER on a 350z!) will pursue her and get her license suspended so that she cannot get her license back until she fulfills the debts owed to your insurance company for the damage to your car.
Now on to your post......USE SOME GODDAMN ENGLISH PLEASE!
There's a "C" in BACK!
Hate to tell you, but 3 of 5 drivers in Miami is uninsured. My advice: If you own a car you can't afford to fix if you get hit and can't drive it, get collision coverage for it

think about it for a minute: If she has no insurance and a suspended license, there's a high probability she doesn't own anything as it is....she may not even work, so getting her wages garnished would be pretty hard.
His best bet is to let his insurance company handle it. That's why I ALWAYS carry collision coverage on my cars, unless they're 15 years old.

Uninsured motorist coverage does not ever cover property damage. This is a common misconception. Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage is strictly a medical coverage, and is the last thing to pay. Your health insurance will respond before uninsured motorist (at least in FL)

My bumper damage is minor (no scratches, just a couple creases and a slight imprint of his license plate in my bumper, and a broken tab underneath on the left side). I had a couple estimates done, and they are in the $1,000 to $1,200 range to replace the bumper cover (assuming there is no additional damage underneath).

Hmmm so you like it from behind eh. I mean ya did say she was a dyke lol
Sorry to hear. My Z's finally getting fixed when all my stuff comes in
1200 is way to much. When I went to get an estimate to replace the rear bumper w/ paint and install it was only like 800-870. Thats including my deductible.
