Now, I am not going to bash the OP but you must know where he came from and how many cars he tore up before getting the G to understand where most of the fault lies.

I would not trust anyone but SGP to handle my car. They have been there since the beginning and will be there in the end when it is done...GET READY!
Im with TruBluz on this subject. SGP has always treated me great. No other shop will touch my car.

I would like to see what SGP has to say although most shops will do their best to CTA in order to make it the customer's fault.
$$ doesnt always = smart. Edit-jumped the gun didnt read Marks response. The OP is a tool, my first comment really applies here. Who runs 8psi on a 5 psi tune on a crappy EM and race gas. Wow...

I asked them to install the SGP torque converter upgrade as well as the SGP valve body upgrade. I also asked them to look at the car and try to fix the overheating problem without completely tearing into the motor, because I did not have the money to spend for them to take apart the motor and tell me that the heads are warped and the head gaskets are blown.
Favorite line of his post. Basically, my cars broken but I can't afford to really fix it right, so lets buy a torque converter and other stuff to make it faster.

Mark and SGP have always treated me professionally....i have never even met him but I will tell you that I do have a great deal of respect for him and his co-workers. They have all been honest and even overnighted me an upper plenum when mine cracked and left me stranded...and this from a shop that I have not yet had a relationship other than a few back and forth posts on this forum....i don't know enough about the OP's situation but I am voting for Mark on this one

When the headgasket blew it sent the pressurized air to the coolant system. In turn with all the heat and probable 100PSI in the coolant thats how your radiator cracked.I MAY drive a N/A car a short distance with a misfire, but something that is BOOSTED??? no no no no.

I'd say its a 60/50 fault,meaning your 60% at fault.
