There have been 3 guys that I know of to do this.
Jeremy-audible mayhem
sfarrah-spl parts car
Raptorbh12
All had slicks and sick launches and most all the bolt-ons, some had headers, some didnt. All you need is a 1.7 60ft, around 260whp and good driving.

^^That guy has nitrous! He has a Greddy front lip or kit, and a grill right?
Mike is one to talk-first run ever on slicks netted me a 13.1, I didnt want to snap an axle 1 hour away so I'll take that over a possible 12.9 at the expense of a broken car. BTW-my 107trap is still untouched

I was there twice when that kid ran. I think something else was done to his Z...It got off the line like crazy. But if i remember correctly he had a 1.8 60 foot...I did see that kid with the greddy lip run also..his car was sick

With NA, I have found that which mods you pick can make a big difference. I see a lot of posts about how most intakes are the same, how most exhausts are the same, but very few people end up achieving that level of trap speed (106-107mph) needed. There were a lot of bolt-on mods already on the car when I bought it but it wasn’t trapping more than a stock car IIRC, then SPL Parts convinced me to replace the Injen intake and Topspeed exhaust that was on the car for what I have now and suddenly I picked up a few mph and dropped into the 12s.
With the weather starting to turn cooler I am looking forward to drag racing again - SPL has some new tricks that they are going to test out and hopefully I’ll be deeper into the 12s with still only bolt-ons. Next year maybe heads and cams too
