We really need to reword the 8th amendment. Even the folks writing the amendment agreed that "...villains often deserve whipping..." Introduce public canings in the US like they do in Singapore, and I guarantee you'll see a drop in vandalism and petty crime within a couple of years.

Id beat him senseless, then strip his *** naked and tie him to tree loosely in the woods near a very busy interstate (that way a load of people could see the dumb ***) and let him fend for himself.

I'm normally not one to go to extremes like this, but I'd take that guy up on his offer. Seriously. If everyone is afraid of this kid beating the hell out of them if they squeal, he needs to get the hell beat out of HIM!
Violence only results in more violence. The best payback, is the strong arm of the criminal justice system. The pics alone are enough to get it into some serious trouble...hopefully he learns his lesson at a young age. Otherwise, you and I will be paying for this for the rest of our lives.

Sorry to see your z like that. Violence is not the answer but if I caught someone in the act of doing that to my car I would vandalize the rest of my car with his face and claim moment of insanity.
