This is not a stupid topic That was a very ignorant response
What about when the top is still on and the car flips over... theres no hard top to protect your head so im thinking that a person's head is potentially able to get there head smashed onto the concrete even when wearing a seatbelt

[QUOTE=Adibese]Just a question... whose job would it be to clean up the splattered remnants of a flipped convertible driver? Would they leave the brain matter for the raccons to eat up, or would a Mexican get paid to properly dispose of the human road meat?
Why would a Mexican clean it up? I hate racist as*holes

I thought most convertible owners don't wear seatbelts because it gives them a chance to jump out in case the car starts rolling.
Like ejecting out of an F-14 Top Gun style.
9/10 times it won't work, but man do you get street credit for it.

I'm not racist... far from it... but it's just a fact that Mexicans are the only ones "ambitious" enough to do it. Crackers won't do it unless there's a whack load of money available... and Blacks don't seem to want to do anything anymore, other than complain about Whitey or the Mexicans.
I kid... I kid...

Happily, the ZR has two small roll bars behind the occupants that may provide some protection. The windshield will give some modicum of protection also. But overall I would say the overall protection is minimal. If you strike your head on the pavement the result is not a very pretty thing to see at all, and usually fatal at any type of speed. A full racing roll _cage_ and helmet combination is a different matter, but I have not seen a passenger friendly roll cage installed in a street ZR.
I have autocrossed my ZR, but I borrowed a helmet. I have hit my helmeted head on the pavement once when I left my motorcycle to examine the road conditions up close and personal.
As for pop up roll bars, yup, I had one in my last roadster, but they are uncommon.
