Default BIGGEST rant about Carbon LTD!!!!

LOL kidding it isnt a rant at all. I just wanted to share the last transaction that i had with Jim AKA CarbonLTD. He is by far the coolest vendor i have ever done business with. His responses are very very timely and his prices are unbeatable!!! I ordered Seibon Carbon Fiber fendors, Hood, and Hatch. He arranged for me to pick up the parts up here in cali, even though he is IN MN, so I could save shipping costs. He called his friend out here in cali to set me up with an installer for the glass in the hatch. When I had questions he answered them in detail. When I was short a couple bucks he worked with me. When he didnt have the parts, He got them ordered and fast as hell. Overall, what more can you ask for!! Thanks Jim!! Cheers to a great vendor here on MY350Z.com. I wish everyone was like this.

Everyone next time you are in need of Carbon Fiber Please talk to Jim YOU WONT BE disapointed.

-PHIL

good to hear some positives w/ the negatives. But checking e-mail 2-3 times a week for orders or questions of clients isnt really satisfactory at all. Checking it 2-3 times a day would definitely boost customer satisfaction and business. ill just put that in that in the suggestion box.

Jim is on AIM, on my350z all the time. The person you are talking about didn't know he was a vendor on here and the ways to contact him. Jim was there to answer all of my questions, from the tracking number to installation questions.

JIM AT CARBONLTD FTW!!!!

yes, especially if you go with a lexan rear window instead of OEM glass.
