That's what I was about to say. Nothing but a cheap bilge pump bolted in the intake. That thing can't flow enough air to make power, it would actually impede air flow to the plenum.

 

Man... that's so shameful especially with pictures of it on a Z! I remember the video of a Civic on a dyno with a leafblower. It actually made some power ahaha.

 

Big strong computer fans can push about 50cfm, he claims this produces 375cfm.

Formula for CFM for older carb engines was:

(Engine Displacement x Max RPM)/3456

For the Z we are looking at: (215 x 7000)/3456 = 435cfm

That is no where near the output of a computer fan at 50cfm. This would clog up the intake and make your car suffocate.

 

it's very funny on how you guys have comments about my item. Have you guys EVER had this installed on your Z before? If not, please have no negative comments about it because it really improve the power. I had own an 01 accord and I did the same on my accord before I went with a T3/T4 turbo. You can feel it push your car at the redlight or at a stop sign, and you can hear the sound of your engine roar strong and louder than normal, I never dynoed my accord with the supercharger on. Yes, to some people they don't feel it cause their cars are already making high HP. If you have a 300-400hp or more on your car and planning to add about 10-30 HP on it, YOU WILL NOT FEEL a THING DIFF on it.

And about the bilge blower that one of the members on here posted, it's bullS**t. That's a boat blower you're talking about.

 

Now you're getting somewhere, you're right about suffocation. That's why in the auction I explained why my Z would shut off at a stop sign or a redlight with the supercharger being turned on. But if you have a little gas before you take off, your car will improves power slowly as your gas being stepped on heavier. I stated everything as I've experienced.

 

but when I had on my accord, it was perfectly fine (matter of fact, it make my rpm-neutral) revs to 1500. Normally it is right below 1k.

This Electric Supercharger will put out 370 CFM, as the Turbo from Audi A4 puts out 425 CFM (I believe). After I've installed this to my Z and dynoed my car, I was doing 229 rwhp w/out the charger being turned on, WITH charger I made 257 rwhp. That's a 28 rwhp being INSCREASED (Rear Wheel Horse Power). Now, that's the number from the rear wheel..but at the Crank it's approximately putting out at 310hp. Now, this will very on Cars as each car has diff mods. This item is designed to use in Higher RPMs, when i say higher RPM, like my car...it has an Air Sensor that was designed in my intake to measure the amount of air that sucks into my intake manifold. If i turn on the switch at a redlight/stop sign before stepping on the gas, the car will shut off as my stock ECU Can Not recognize the power amount of air being pushed in by the Supercharger. But now, i know on Hondas will work fine and stop and at a roll cause we've installed one on my wife's brother's 99 Accord.

first, nobody has to buy my supercharger. Second, if someone buys it and use it then thought would appreciate my item. Third, I can always use it for another project.
