performance figures???
Hi everyone.
Does anyone has numbers?
Top speed
0-60mph (not the quote from nissan in less than 6 secs :-)
etc
A nissan sales person called me today, they are offering a 3.9% rate on the car for 60 months. ANyone got something better?
One more week to decide on the 350z.
Damn, the car is so good looking and CHEAP.
If I buy one it will be the standard coupe 6 spd with burgundy or silver exterior.
Gio.

so far we only have one damn test. It's from Car and driver and you can find it on the news stand now. The review on the C&D web site does not give all the stats.
The numbers are quite good, but many think we will see better numbers when more tests are done such as motor trend or road and track.
0-60 5.4 sec 1/4 mine at 14.1 @ 101 mph top speed was 156mph. it appears that all of the acceleration numbers up to 140 mph are the same or very close to the Boxster S (a car that costs $55-65K). Also the numbers are quite close to the S2000 that is a better comparison as it costs just $32K.
For the price it a very fast car and good looking too.

The numbers are very close to the S2000. It will be fun to see some comparo's in the coming months.
I can't wait for my roommate to get a Z so that we can go out and run some "tests"
