I probably should have let this thread die (after all, my arm really has a pretty small amount of hair on it), but I finally took measurements on the driveway. I updated the diagram (although it's still ghetto and still not-to-scale.)
The seller hired an engineer to fix it, and I should be testing it in a few days... I don't have confidence in him though

I didnt read the entire thread, but from looking at that pic, can you extend the driveway into the landing more? That would cut down on the angle between the two.

My driveway is exactly the same. My poor Z has to park on the street till I move( which I'm planning on doing so in the next year). I bought a car cover for it though, to make up to her. But it still sucks. I feel your pain!

Install a skid plate where its hitting. But I would hate to add weight and your neighbors will eventually hate it.

The second picture shows how dramatic the slope (right word even?) really is:

I didnt buy a few houses because of this.
Time to buy a new house, or new car dude. lol

BTW, I would shoot the builder for making a driveway like that and then shoot myself for buying a house with a driveway like that.

Your tailpipes must also be ground down at the bottoms ... God that makes my stomach churn

I can believe this ****. I cannot even go to the grocery store without a bottomout. Im originally from Louisiana and I swear they build curbs and driveways there only for large trucks I couldnt pull into my own parents driveway to show off my new car without it bottoming out (and in Louisiana its NOT due to hills its was stupid curb design by the subdivision).
