If the truck lady was following the Z through the green light, and then cut left to take the inner most lane, her back end could have swung right and nailed that pole like he described. She should have respected the road conditions and the awesome machinery in front of her. Now she has to deal with the po-pos, a claim adjuster and the sniffles when she goes to sleep tonight. This was an at fault accident and her rates should go up. But don't be surprised if you get questioned by the cops because she'll try to say you caused it in some way of another.

You have no idea what's in store for you. Tampa drivers are some of the worst I've ever experienced, and I've driven all over the country.

Thanks. The rules are pretty simple: Left turn into left lane. Right turn into right lane.

Doesn't the guy live in Chicago? You'd be better off looking up the Illinois DMV page instead of the NY one.

Default rules of the road

The rules of the road are pretty standard from state to state, and either way you turn, you should go into the nearest lane, I've been liscensed in Californial, Colorado, Illiniois, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Texas. It's the same all over.

Even so it wasn't a smart idea for her to follow right behind him to have basically 2 cars in the median at the same time.

I didnt even stop - just went home. I needed my post workout protein shake.

How would I cause the accident?
Did I drive her truck? NO
Did I cut her way? NO
Did I cause the rain? NO
Was she driving? YES
Did she floor it? YES
Did she lose control over her truck? YES
She was also on the cell phone talking. I looked in my rear view when she was beeping on my when the light changed green.

I should have stayed and tell the cops about the cell phone I hate women talking on the phone while driving.and I even hate more women on the phone beeping on me

Pictures would certainly be in order. I would not consider that being a dick. More like karma I suppose. I would have actually turned back around and starting laughing my a$$ off at her. Serves her right.
