My dream house would be about 1/4 that size with a slightly bigger garage with 2 two-post lifts and no pool.

Oh and there is room for three more cars in the garage that is built in to the house , that brings it up to a total of 7 bays plus the monster RV bay. The house itself is right at 8000 sq ft not counting the three bedroom guest house that is above the four car garage. This was more of sight seeing trip than a shopping trip (thank god , I don't think I could pay the power bill on it).

omg, that house is going for 900k, a house like that in cali is worth at least 2mil++

Yeah, I have to chuckle when I see an episode of Flip That House, and the house they're flipping in San Diego is in the 500k range, when the same house would go for $150k-$175k here

I wouldn't want to pay the taxes on that home! Very nice though!

Wow, that is cheap. In north Jersey that would go for at least 3-5 mill easy, like DaveZ06 said about socal.

I would buy it... but ummm... oh yeah... there's a nasty crack in the driveway. Nope... I think I'll just stick to my single-car garage bungalow for now...

A house like that in CA would be worth much more than $2 mil. Depending on location and lot size, a house of that size in CA (Bay Area) would likely go for $5 to $7 million. $2 million would only buy a 4 - 5 bedroom, 3,500 - 4,500 sq ft house with 3 - 4 car garage on 1/2 acre lot.

holy crap, 900k for that??? Sounds like they are giving it away to us southern CA guys. Just like some others said, that thing would cost and easy $2-3 million, depending on the area in LA. Makes me hate L.A. even more!!!
